Information you choose to provide
When you continue to an assessment or contact process, you may be asked for personal information needed to understand or support your credit-profile enquiry. Only provide information through the secure process provided for that purpose.
Credit and identity information
Credit-profile services can involve sensitive personal and financial information. Access to credit-bureau information should only take place with the required authority or consent and through the relevant lawful process.
Service providers
Libra Credit may use approved third-party systems or service providers to support assessments, credit-profile retrieval, communication or case processing. Where this occurs, the applicable operational privacy notice and consent wording should explain the relevant processing.
Your choices
You may choose not to continue with an assessment. Where applicable, you may also request access to or correction of personal information held about you, subject to legal and operational requirements.
