Libra Credit does not guarantee a particular credit-score increase, credit approval, interest rate, lending decision, removal of accurate lawful information, or any other specific result. Credit bureaus and credit providers use their own data, models, policies and assessment criteria.
Accuracy and disputes
Where information appears inaccurate or requires investigation, the appropriate dispute, correction or supporting-document process may apply. Accurate and lawfully reported information cannot simply be removed because it is unfavourable.
Debt review and legal matters
Debt review is a statutory process and should not be treated as ordinary credit-profile administration. Where a matter involves debt review, court orders, legal rights or legal representation, the correct specialist or legal process may be required.
Third-party systems
